Damn these naps! They’re like drugs. I nap all the time, and when I don’t I’m tired as crap, but when I do, it messes my sleeping time up. Bah!! I am addicted. Yes.

Another week has begun. Last week.. seemed like a month ago.. I can’t even remember much.

On Thursday evening, after class, roomies and I went to watch Avatar at The Bridge at Howard Hughes. It made me cry. It’s the only movie that has ever made me cry, except for 1Litre of Tears, but that’s a different story because it’s a drama, not a movie. Avatar made me really upset while watching. It’s a reality check for us. Yes, the plot may be simple, but the quintessential of the theme are able to come through with simplicity. I hope that after watching this movie that people have a greater appreciation for Mother Nature. We all are connected with nature, but some refuse to believe it or need to hold their pride. roundeyesicon .

Before picking up Theresa, Caroline and I went on another one of our interesting explore-Los-angeles trips. It involves driving to a destination we often don’t know. However, we had planned to go to Wal-mart this time.. except the GPS didn’t bring us to Wal-mart.. it brought us to Sams Club. It’s like Costco. We always end up in shady areas.. it’s a little scary actually. I’m always nervous as to which area we’re in, because it’s easy to end up somewhere you don’t want to be in L.A. The change from a good area to a bad area is very fast.. maybe even as simple as crossing a couple of streets could end you up in a dangerous zone.

I got  a chunk of  Montery jack cheese from Albertsons for $0.99 that night. Epic. peaceicon

Friday night, I was out pretty late.. well not too late I guess. The school had  a Valentines day dance (9PM-1AM). It was the epitome of awkward. I had never been to such an awkward dance before. I guess the idea of going to a school dance in college is awkward in and of itself, yeah? Roxie, Caroline and I awkwardly walked into the dance hoping not to embarrass ourselves. It turned out to be not too horrible actually. I actually had fun as the night went on. It could be summed up with two words: awkwardly fun.

We decided to leave around 11:30PM I think.. I really can’t recall. The night was a blur. We ended up going to a party held by product design students.. which turned out to be really fun! I had gone the weekend before, but it sucked so much we ended up leaving early. This time they had a band just jamming and chilling in a little garage-shack-like thing where people danced and stuff. bunnyicon

    Good times.
