When all it does.
This week falls on ‘medium-high’ in terms of stress level.
Monday didn’t start off very well.. I went to school to print out my essay, but remembered that I didn’t send it to myself/have my USB on me.. so I had to run around trying to print off my essay to hand in. In the end we didn’t even need it. Then as class ended, I went searching for my keys.. and couldn’t find it. I looked EVERYWHERE for it, and was certain that I had brought it. I had left the apartment with it because I remember Chris coming over and me reaching for it to put in my bag. The rest of the day turned out to be really bad due to my missing keys. When I got home, the keys were hanging on my wall. the fuck?
Tuesday turned out to be alright. I had gone downtown with Caroline and her class to get fabric for form and space. The downtown fashion district is amazing! There are streets of markets that sell fabric and sewing materials. I ended up getting 3 types of materials, totaling 3 yards, for $5.28 :) There are stores that are entirely $1/yard.. plus bargaining! :).
Thursday was another eventful day. For principles of design, we are now working in the computer lab in the morning, and then in the actual classroom in the afternoon. In the afternoon, we went to Staples to scan and have our collages printed and blown up to 36 x 36″ images. It was eventful because Michele did a collage of a peepee, and the peepee was blown up.Thursday evening was the evening of busting ass off to finish essay night. I bet it was the same for everyone else in the class. The essay was for modern art history.. and.. wow, I had never done so much research for one damn paper before. I had read a whole novel on Renoir, 1 article, 1 short novel, and 1 picture/short novel book. It was the shittest essay ever.. but I got it done, at 2:30AM.
Today, Caroline and I went errand running after class.. it was lots of fun, and we met a nice guy at Staples.
